There should have equality between men and women so that there would be no discrimination between men and women.Because there is no such thing as discrimination if only we have that equal rights.

MWF 5-6 The thing I have done and been continually doing in establishing an equality between men and women is just appreciating the good thing in both sides because i always believe that there is an aspect that only a man can do to its best and same with the women. The things that i have done/contributed to establish the equality between men and women is that i show to men that i can do he things hat they can do even if it is hard.And i can also help establish the equality between men and women by making the both of them realize that if one of them is gone the other one left is useless, because we men and women are made far each other.And I would also make them realize that everyone is unique and we are made differently so that we could do things differently and have equality in the society and maintain the balance between the men and women.

What I have been doing to promote gender equality is to accept everyone flaws and weaknesses.Be it on the men side or on women. Well as for myself, honestly, as a man in modern life, i haven't done heavy things regarding gender biases yet. But i have my sisters, i have grown up being with them so i know what really that differs between men and women.
We are taughtt of being equal at all things. And this thought has always remained in myself. Gender biases has been a long issues since the world begun but as of this modern time it has been gradually change. So i suppose we should maintain that way.
Actually, seminars regarding gender biases has been conducted at every now and then, so we should stick to what is taught.
The thing that I have contributed to established the equality of men and women is that to accept the fact that there are some aspects of men that the women cannot do and there are some aspect of women that the men cannot do. Though both have limitations, but limitation itself should be followed accordingly so that their is no discrimination between genders. I can do many things to help the equality that men and women should have in common there are so many aspects that men and woman equality considering their physical, emotional, moral values, spiritual, intellectual, capacities, and capabilities on how they interacts their environment society like for example women in fumes for our for our foreparts have less rights, responsibilities to do something for the common good of our society. Well for me it's hard to think the equality because on the first place we are unique to each other and yet some of as are abused.How o do so?but for me to really have equality is the people should respect each other their weaknesses and strengths.We are one in God therefore we have to owe to him what he wants us to do.In my observation to this contemporary world it is yet impossible to have equality.

Establishing equality between men and women is a hard task especially that humanity is bounded with its variety of culture. Personally, I think I can help establish it by starting from my inner self, respecting the right of a man and a woman. For I believe that if I keep on advising yet I never done or achieve it once is just like insulting yourself unconsciously and rejecting your own proposal to yourself by yourself. One way or another, I must say that there are times that we must experience something and do whatever it takes to endure those things so that you can proudly say to others that I did it, why can’t they do it. My belief is that equality unleashes us from prejudices and discriminations, thus forms a just environment. Joining also to organizations concerning gender sensitivity provides a greater chance for me to share this matter to a larger environment. Gender equality is not a new issue. There is a battle between man and woman whether who among them is a strong gender. Being one of the gender who man's claim that weaker, I can establish equality by studying hard to land a job someday. Before, women stay at home and do all the chores. By having a job, I can show to men that woman can also earn mony on her own way if given a chance. I personally respect the right of men and women in our society most especially towards my actions, I am very particular to the issue about gender biases... I do believe that men and women nowadays are now equal so we should respect their individuality most especially their uniqueness.

The only thing that i can help to establish the equality between men and women is only to convince and to tell everyone that women nowadays have a big difference than women in the past generation. Women nowadays can equally compete to men in terms of work and determination.

eequality between men and women is hard to solve. since the thought that women needs the protection of men and were weak is a universal presumption of women. well psychologically we women really want to feel being protected and cared for.
if i am to break this assumptions and propose that we all are equal it would be through education. at modern times there are lots of women who able to place themselves to positions that a decade ago were only men sat there.and these all became possible by acquiring proper education to be competitive in the workplace
