I would probably say that for this recent years, there is an equality between men and women in a sense that women has the capability to work same as men. Men and women also exercises same rights. Though, both men and women has weakness in many different ways. But, if we would really try to think it deeply, both men and women are equal.

Yes, men and women today are equal. Maybe at some point there are things that women can't do the same things with men, but still were equal in most all things. And i believe taht God created us all equal.

MWF5-6 For me there is an equality between men and women of today because I think both sides have different specific tasks but it is obvious nowadays that both sides also are trying to prove that they can do the thing done by the other side. And there are also cases that women serves as the breadwinner of the family like with those working mother but still the father is the one fitted for that certain thing so i think it's better to say that they are just helping each other to achieve a common goal.
As what I have observed, I think it is both yes and no. Yes because there are a lot of laws that protect women from abuses and maltreatment. And no because there are jobs that prioritize men over women so sexual discrimination is still present even today.
For me, as I look to different issues and angles of man and woman equality, I could say that we are now still in the process of making ourself equal to men. Though women are protected by human rights, it is not still enough. We can do better and we can find more ways. The battle is not yet over in men-women equality issues.
Yes, men and women exercise the equal rights today as what the both parties practice. There is a lot of law that can protect the women from the various maltreatment and abuses but others are afraid to fight there right due to the lack of money. We must fight for our own right so that no one will hurt us.

Though we all know that there are many feminist movement who fights for the equality of both men and women, still all of us can say that men are still superior than women. Yes, there still an equality between men and women today in the way that the both party are willing to help each other for the purpose of having a good relationship. According to Sociology, men and women are equal, however, culture dictates the roles, position and responsibilities that members of the society attached to being male or female. That is where inequality came from. Furthermore, to fight for equality is to change the culture and in this case,in my own opinion, there is equality next between men and women as fought by the different women's group but inequality still exist because we can just attain total equality if we change our culture.

- Nowadays, the government implemented the republic act and this act was avail by different womens organization like Gabriela. This organization help young women which are rape victim and children who were abused to get the justice they want. In terms of occupation, some jobs nowadays is not only hired men but also women.

As fought for by the different women’s groups, I can say that today, there is equality between men and women. Because women today can already work for their family unlike before that only man has the right to go in a workplace. They also have the same rights of men. Like men, women can run in any position in the field of politics, can have their own properties, and business. We can clearly observe this one already in our community today. And in some instances, women already dominated in that kind of field where before it was the men who were dominating in that field. Today, in our society, the programs of the government, the laws were made so that all people can benefit. It was not made for the men only, it was made for the good of everybody, and either you are men or women.
Yes there are,but in some instances that these right for example : the right of the wife to refuseto have sex with her husband and if the husband insist she can file a RAPE case against her husband. But because of the delicadeza of the family the file will not file a case.For it is not good to hear that a wife was raped by her husband.Also our culture affect this rights to be implemented.

Personally, we can never deny the fact that there is still inequality between men and women especially the most talked about issue debated by many women, the male dominance towards women. That is most likely common here in the Philippines. Women who are believe to be a weaker partner is likely to be neglected or despise but the men who are believe to be a strong partner is likely to be given importance and authority. But the right of men to have authority and dominance is sometimes used for wrong reasons and evil intentions that had resulted to abuse women’s right to be treated as a human being having the right to live peacefully and the right of freedom. The law is good when it is used properly and not to take advantage to the other partner.

My folks used to tell me that long time ago men used to offer their seats to women, but today one can see women standing on a bus and men sitting without even making a move or planning to offer their seats. There maybe instances that one could say that it has reached that state supported by the reasoning that they [men & women] are given equal opportunity to job hiring added by gender sensitivity drives being conducted. These are part of the equality achieved by these women groups who fought for it, yet it is not enough. This equality only talks about a part of its full grasp. Some said that we are in the 21st century and gender biases are no more, perhaps these people are blind. There are still factors staining this so called equality, factors that are not upfrontly committed but still existing. In the part of hiring, men and women are given equal rights to acquire job, still the decision lies in the employer. Basing on what I read, employers prefer to hire men over women because of their efficiency to work and that they [the employers] are avoiding such maternal endeavors. The other factor is dictated by culture, no matter how women strive to be even with men they will always leave a mark of vulnerability.

I can say that there is none still. there are many groups protecting women rights but the discrimination on their side is still present especially when we are talking about the capability and incapability in the work place.

As those issues of the equality between men and women of today, i could not definitely say that there is really an equality. As everyone knows, we are tryng to exercise equality for men and women, but still there are some issues showing that it i stil not enough and not equal for us women over men.

For me, there is still no equality between men and women now. Like in the women's group Gabrella they are fighting for the rights of women. There are a lot of women being battered by their husbands and women being raped and abused. In this case there is no equality because women are being used by men stronger than them and they are being under estimated. Their rights are taken away from them.

I think there has been an equality between men and woman nowadays, especially in terms of work...but woman should think that we could not be equal in all things because we can't defeat the strength of the men and on how strong they are in some aspects.

Nowadays, women are enjoying what men are enjoying. I can see that here in the Philippines, there is an equality between the two gender. Women have the rights to vote, right to be a one of the government officials, courses are offer for both men and women. Some women also are the head of the family in the sense that they are the one who work for the family.

Nowadays, I can say that there is already equality between men and women, that is for the reason that women can now do the works of men and vise versa. But it couldn’t be deny that based on the laws, women are more protected than men. In nature, it is also clearly manifested that men are really stronger than women physically. So, there is still gender bias, in some cases men and women are treated differently.

As I have observed, yes, equality between men and women has already took place. Today, I just saw a lady security guard, in some places there showed up a woman as a Taxi driver, I know someone who had already worked as a pineapple packer in Lapanday,located in Aglayan, Malaybalay, Bukidnon. Our past culture here in the Philippines shows that women must be at home and men must be the one to work for the family's needs. Nowadays, both gender are working in some industrial areas and doing so well in some fields.

well compared to a century ago, women of today can look for a job with equal wage of a man who do same work as long as the desired skill was achieved. Civil and Political rights also were fair to men and women. well actually we have a little advantage. there's a lot of laws protecting our rights but only few to men. also we have lots of additional free days too aside from the regular days(e.g maternity leave).
