THE BEGINNING OF HEAVEN AND EARTH
(Summary)
In the beginning, there were god named Adane and goddess named Evaya. They lived together in the dark. They secretly love each other but afraid of confessing it. Later, Adane noticed that Evaya was with another god. He got jealous and angry. He confronted the god and they had a fight. Adane killed the god unfortunately.
Evaya, upon knowing what had happened, she got furious. She decided to leave Adane for good. She went high above and eventually became the heaven. Her hair became the clouds that would cover whenever she was lonely and her tears became the rain. There was night when she sleeps, and day when she was awake.
Years passed, Evaya expresses her anger trough the thunder and confessed that the god Adane killed was her brother. Adane on the other hand after knowing the truth, was so ashamed and decided to bury himself and he eventually became the earth. Whenever Evaya cried and there is rain, Adane let some trees to grow as a symbol for his love to her that never dies.
More years passed, Evaya moved on and felt pity for Adane for hiding himself. She let the lighting to the earth and leave there some human beings and animals to take care the earth where her love, Adane was residing.

Yin and Yang were two lovers who lived as a single entity. They had a mission to fill the void around them but they were told in a prophecy that it is only through living separately will they be able to produce offsprings.

II. Creation Story: Mud and Slime
In the beginning, there was only darkness in the world. The world is only covered with mud and slimy sea. The God of Mud created fishes of the sea from a handful of darkness while the Goddess of Slimy Sea created the trees of the land through slime and mud. Through the logs, the goddess created the creatures of the land. The god and goddess mate with each other and bore three sons. These sons are the God of Fire and Sun, God of Bones and Humankind, and God of Wind. The God of Fire and Sun is responsible for the hardness of the land. The God of Bones and Humankind created the first couple. Meanwhile, the God of Wind provides the air to breath. Their characters and attitudes symbolizes the wholeness of all living beings. Until this day, their characters lingers on.

Synopsis:
Maria Cristina was abducted and turns out to be a beautiful maiden. She was about to get married to the man that she loved but she was cursed by an ugly witch due to jealousy. She turned into a mountain and her tears turns into waterfalls the day of her wedding day.
Summary:
Long time ago, there was nothing but darkness. Out of that darkness emerge a light with a human like figure. He was floating and get tired of it so he use his ability to create an object that was hundred times larger than him. He then put colors in it, afterwards he put shapes thus resulting to mountains, rivers, valleys, etc. Then he create light by just snapping his fingers then he rotate it. He then went inside to that object and was amazed to see the beauty of his creation. Then he saw his reflection in the river then decided to create replicas out of his image in order multiply his oneself but he made that creation mortal for he dont want them to overpower him. He also made other creatures in order for that human to survive. Years and years passed and his creation keeps on multiplying then once in a while he made visit to the lower grounds to check and remind his creations that he can destroy them if they will not take good care of his creation.

There was a fat giant who loved to eat. When he fell in love with a girl giant, he decided to loose weight to win her affection. He forced himself to defecate and when his feces all dried up, it formed mounts of hills.

(my own story of creation)
In the beginning, there was only a goddess named, Sesame, who lived in an empty space. Out of loneliness and by following her heart, she created a woman named, Sesa. She also created a man named, Seso, for Sesa to have a pair. Upon realizing the dullness of the surrounding, she created the air and the land through inhaling and exhaling. When Sesame observed that Seso and Sesa where often fighting for some unknown reasons, she cried hard and her tears flowed. It kept on flowing until the sea was formed.
In the long run, Seso and Sesa realized that Sesame was indeed a powerful goddess. Out of this realization, Seso and Sesa began to ask Sesame many things that they could think of. They asked how to produce offsprings of their kind, and many things that they desired to have. Thus, every kind of creature in the world was created.

I. The legend of the chocolate hills in the Philippines province of Bohol
The hills form because long time ago the two Giant brothers name Sirot and Boknoy play mud throwing each other and they forgot to clean their mess and they migrate to another place because someone saw them and it was a human, and human afraid the Giant they want to killed the giant.
II. The beginning of the world.
The creation begun when the two best friend the Land and The Air got sick. Everything in this world is just a fruit of infection. The Air got sick and the land was infected. The plants,animals and some creations like stars, darkness, moon and the rain was a symptoms.that the Land are getting sick also like the air. Because of misunderstanding of the best friends that lead them to quarrel and the Air blow a strong wind that lead to create a human being. This creation was able to felt love and it can also care to the other creation such as animals and plant. After that creation the Land realize to accept the fact and took care all that has grown from his smooth and perfect skin. Because of that the creation grow faster and faster and multiply again and again.

I. Legend of Dinagat Islands
Once upon a time, there was a "Prinsesa" named Dina and "Prinsipe" named Gat who escaped from their respective kingdom and lived together in an island-paradise. Until foreign intruders came, the couple dove and swam in the deep blue sea. After two days, two mysterious land formations emerged.
II. Beginning of the world
Long time ago, everything is plain and dull. There is no existence except the lonely goddess named Luwalhati. As she wander around the colorless place, an unexpected god named Adriano who came along with brightness appears in front of her. He immediately offers a plan to create a kingdom that they will live and manage. Being convinced by Adrianos'alluring plan, Luwalhati produce water and wind through her tears. Fire and earth is also created by the hands of Adriano. The god and goddess are delighted to see their creation. They continued to add different living and non-living things. But when time passed they decided to leave the place and have their own kingdom, leaving their made paradise together with its people.

I. The Legend of Tamarind
Before the word Tamarind (Sampolok) was the story of a woman and an old woman.
There was a city at San Pablo wherein a couple used to live there. They were rich and all their plants and trees were filled with sweet fruits as they had a fertile land. One of these fruit was the tamarind, and just like the other fruits, it was full of sweetness. Every passers by would always stopped close to their lot and stare at this fruit. Until a hungry old woman came to pass, she stopped and stare at the fruit. However, the wife noticed her and said "What are you looking at?". The old woman replied, "Can I ask for that fruit? I`m so hungry and have nothing to eat." But the wife was furious,"Go Away!You are such a disgust!" The old woman felt insulted and so with her trick, she cursed the sweet tamarind and lost its sweetness. Now, tamarind is one of the sourest fruits one could harvest.
II. How It All Began
Long before the creation of universe was the spirit of Kesumira. She was the first who ever existed and all she had was a space enough for her soul, thus she cannot move since there`s no other space. After hundreds of years, a fart came out of her soul, and the space was extended in its largest which now we call universe. After hundreds of years, two farts came out of her soul, Sun and Moon was then formed. Hundreds of years again came and out of her soul was another far, Sun was formed then. However, Sun was so bright and hot that I caused Kesumira to melt into liquid. The liquid separated Higher Universe and the Lower Universe and eventually, the liquid transformed into a gas. Sun and Moon was sad because they lost Kesumira and they cried so hard. The tears of Moon fell on the lower universe and there it became ocean while the tears of Star also fell on the lower universe creating the mountains and trees. They abandoned Sun because for them, he was the reason why Kesumira was gone. They hid and created the night where they mated. Their children became the small stars and asteroids and one they die, they fall off on the lower universe and another life was formed such fish, dog, birds, snakes, etc. Where Sun created the day at lower universe. His brightness would help the animals and plants to grow. The largest star and asteroid who died created the first man and woman.

Summary:
In the beginning there was no earth, no sun, moon, and people. There was a god named Marvellous, he was very creative god. Everything that he draws become real.
He made a world and called it Eath. His camdle was near to the earth he got an idea to draw a sun to light the earth in the day and moon to light the earth at night.
He made himself and called it man to take good care of the earth. The man wished that he want a partner so Marvellous draw a woman.
There is a place that is very dangerous. The woman is very suspicious and she went to that place and go back where the man is. She told that man what she saw on that place. They bont went back to the very dangerous place.
When Marvellous know about what they did. He punished them. The man cannot eat and his family without getting sweat and the woman will give birth and suffer from dysmenorrhea every month.

"Labo" means natigbasan or gapanigbas
There was a woman named Maria, she had a scar on her face that looks like a slash from a knife. SHe chopped her children into pieces. She became the nightmare og the children Bukidnon.
II. Creation Story
This is how I imagine how the world begun.
The world began with nothing but Jehovah God. The most high and powerful of all. He first created his begotten son named Jesus. Together, Jesus witnessed Jehovah created the stars, the sun and the Earth. The Earth was just full of water, a sea of water. Not long enough, the land appeared and was covered with greens of grasses and trees.
Then, he created the animals, big and small in the ocean and the flying creations in the sky.
After that, he created the animals big and small that live in the land.
Finally, he created the first man named Adam, he enjoyed the things that was given to him by Jehovah. But it seems lacking. So Jehovah created a woman out of Adam's ribs and named it Eve. Together, they ruled the land and animals. All the human beings was a descendants of Adam and Eve.
And that's how the Earth was created.

MERIMON (An urban legend in Marawi)
Merimon means red sunset and red sunset is rare. The red sunset is a sign of Marigailaba's presence. Marigailaba is a bad spirit who's knees are red and he brings curse. Anyone he would passed by will never get to see another day. So when the folks start shouting "Merimon!", everyone must be already behind close doors.

There once was a God
He decided to create a world. The God was not satisfied. He want living things to inhabit the world they created. They created trees, grass and flowers. The God want to create a being that would appreciate his creation and will worship him as a God. He created the animals to worship them but they coudnt speak. So he start to create a man. He made a man out of mud and stick and gave the man intelligence. The God thought that the man would worship him but instead the man worships the things he sees. The man is so lazy that he just sit and eat. The God were so angry they want the man to realize that before you can achieve something you have to workhard for it. So the God created 4 seasons summer, autumn, winter and spring as the man's punishment. At summer season the man doing things he usually do. At autumn the man notices that tress loses its leaves and the animals began to hibernate. As the winter comes the man suffers coldness and starvation as they are no fruit bearing tress. Then the spring came notices the tress began to have thier leaves and the animals began to appear.
The man realizes that there is someone up the sky that gave him challenges and chance to live. The man thanked the creator for the things he created. The man start to build a house and created fire and the man began to hunt for food.The God was so happy that the man worships him and began to live on his own. The Gods notices that the man is restless so the Gods created Day and Night so that the man could work at Day and rest at Night. Then the God created a woman to accompany the man.The God want to create a many man so the God gave the wowan an ability to bear a child. Humans began to inhabit the world.

My Creation Story
Back in the past there was nothing but darkness but suddenly a light was born and it was the creator of all. The light form into a humanlike appearance and he created the heaven’s and the earth. But it was still dark so he created the sun from his breath. He started creating other planets and stars until there was so many to count. Planets that he created had different attributes some were hot, some were cold, some were toxic. After creating different environments he then created those who will live in his creations. Dragons and Dinosaurs were created from the dirt and also other creatures that we now call as animals. The creator then separated the heaven’s and the earth so that the creatures he created will have a lot of place to live on. Then the creatures were each given a special feature that other does not have. Some creatures were able to fly, some were able to swim and some were able to live underground. After creating the beings that will live on the planet he then created sufficient food so that they won’t go hungry. He also created water for them to drink so they will never be thirsty. The next creation were the mountains and the sea. Each environment was made for the creatures to have a perfect living harmony. the dragons and dinosaur had a bad attitude that’s why the creator sent a meteor to kill dragons and dinosaurs. The meteor came from other planets pieces. After the death of the dragons and dinosaurs the Humans were created. The humans were unlike any other creatures before because they have different characteristics. Some were curious who kept on gathering knowledge and some were contented on how they have lived. The humans were weak and feeble they easily die in cold or heat that’s why they were given knowledge to help them live on their own. They were also given the gift of fire and electricity. They can use this gifts for them to be successful in their living.

Synopsis of the legend of Chocolate Hills in Bohol
Long time ago, there were two giants from North and South. These two giants were fighting each other for the territory. As they were fighting they used the mud balls as thier weapon.Unfortunately these two giants was being killed by each other. The mud balls was left on the ground and form like a mountain ranges and these were called chocolates hills as they appeared like a chocolates in color during dry season.

Long time ago, there was a palace in the universe. There lived a king with two princes. As one prince named Abel uses his power in a wrong way he was thrown out by the king outside the palace. As Abel live outside, he made some creations and decided it to put in a huge circle cage so that his creations won't be disappear. He named it Earth and as time goes by, he made another creation to let him saw how beautiful his creation was and he named it Sun. He put it upward. Eventhough he saw how beautiful it was, his still lonely. Beacause of his loneliness he cried too much and it creates a big flood which was the beginning of the water. And this was the reason how the world was created.

Synopsis of My Creation
The world began as nothing but darkness. In this world lived only the creator named Yuro. A very powerful God. One day he felt bored and lonely because he saw nothing but darkness. He decided to create a light, sky, land, moon, sun and water. Then he created a man and a woman for him to have a companion. He created a tree that bear fruits, bird, fish and other animals for the man and woman to have something to eat. The man and woman fall in love with each other and because of their love human being begin.

Legend:
This legend was about how Tinago Falls of Iligan city came to be. The daughter name Tin-ag means ''hidden''of the arrogant and selfish king and queen was cursed by the enchantress. Somehow , the enchantress took pity on her and made him beautiful no matter what the consequences would be and that she became a beautiful falls and known as Tinago falls today.
Ngongoy and Ngangay: the story of creation
Two siblings lived in thermosphere, they were Nongoy, the brother/the creator and Ngangay the sister/the destroyer. Ngangay turned the sun too hot and they cannot ''agwanta'' the ''kaigang'', the reason why they explored the vast empty ocean. They rode on their favorite animals. The flying cow, where ngongoy rode. In the flying native chicken, where Ngangay was on and the flying pig where their all things was carried. They floated in seven days and spent their nights and days.
When the animals defecated, it fell off to the water and to their surprise it solidified the liquid matter. So, the animals defecated more and more until there was enough land for them to live on.
as they landed, all the animals died because of over fatigued. They mourned. Unsure what to do with the bodies , they let it laid for a couple of weeks. Then, to their surprise, they noticed something alive, kicking and crawling. They thought that the maggots were the children of their dead animals.
with the graceful wave of hands, Ngongoy turned the maggots into human and created things randomly. Ngangay was very jealous and warned him to destroy all the things he created. For the counter part, Ngongoy and Ngengey, the favorite creation lured and locked Ngangay into the darkness.
In the cage, Ngangay was crying, stomping and wailing. It was believed that it was the cause of the thunder, lightning and rain today.
